All payments made for exams, certifications, or subscriptions are non-refundable once the exam has been accessed or started.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as:
Duplicate payment
Technical failure from Mockerly’s side preventing exam access
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us within 7 days of payment with:
Registered email ID
Payment reference/transaction ID
Reason for request
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel registrations, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless explicitly approved.
